How and when do I get the product?

Software is delivered by email upon the payment approval. You'll receive order confirmation message from Share-it. After this we will send you email to get license details from you. Once we receive these license details we will send you licensed copy by email.

Is it safe to order from Dimple Softwares online?

Yes. Your online payment will be processed by two of the well known, certified and trusted payment operator:Share-it. Secure connection is used to protect your information during the transfer. Dimple Softwares doesn't receive or store any customers' credit card information.

What if I have difficulties using the product?
